Kangana Ranaut was born in the Hindi-speaking family on March 20, 1987 Bhambla, near Manali, which is in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh state, India. Father's name Amardeep, who is a businessman and entrepreneur, her mother, Asha, a schoolteacher. I have two older sisters, ranked one of the oldest and I have a brother, Akshit that about a year younger than her. His grandfather was the director of IAS. Kangana spent his childhood in Dehra Dun and studied in DAV School, where he participated in many debates, Elocutions and was a basketball player.
After finishing school, he visited Simla Science College. He attended the Elite School of Modeling and tried to involve some drama in Delhi, and was a member of Communicable Theatre Group under Arvind Gaur. He is also a trained Kathak dancer, learning to sing and Amitabh Chakraborty.
Decided to resume find Bombay, and lived in the apartment of Yari Road, Versova. His attempt at acting in Bollywood films have not been successful. So in September 2005, he was spotted drinking coffee at a cafe in the film Anurag Basu, who approached him, and eventually signed him in the lead role in "Gangster", which appeared in 2006. Kangana has since appeared in five films, including 'Dhaam Dhoom' in Tamil.
